“Bloom Forever More” is the kind of romance/thriller that could only be written by a clinical psychologist. Author E.B. Sullivan fills the bill by being an actual clinical psychologist as is Bloom Forever’s main character, Doctor Sonia Wyland. Looking over Sonia’s shoulder from the perspective of her heart, we find ourselves falling deeper and deeper in love with the perfect man all the while attempting to find and save a gullible woman named Margaret, who is also falling in love with a perfect man. A man whom, Sonia suspects, is far from perfect. Dangerous in fact. Doctor Wyland is Margaret’s only hope, but saving her seems to be an impossible task. However, Doctor Wyland refuses to give up.
It’s a good thing the doctor is so persistent, because Margaret, blinded by the illusion of true love, is falling faster and faster into a dark realm of twisted psychology. Sullivan’s novel is exactly like going over Niagara Falls. The reader floats along getting closer and closer to the danger ahead. By the time the reader hears the approaching roar, he has passed the point of no return. Doctor Wyland has only her skills at probing a sick mind to save both her and Margaret from the fall into an unspeakable fate.
Check this book out. It’s fun from start to finish.

Compelling read!

E.B. Sullivan puts her training and experience as a clical psychologist to good use in this fascinating psychological thriller. All of Sullivan's major characters have life-coping issues! And this makes for an intriguing read as one tries to discern what motivates them and what is reality versus imagination. The author juggles these questions adroitly, keeping the reader guessing until the very end. The very end!
With blue funk alternating with hope, and stimulated by a bit of karma, Dr. Sonia Wyland, a psychology professor, embarks on a vacation that will be transformed into an obsessive search that will drastically change her life - for a woman she has never met - all the while struggling to find her own path to an unclear future. Love intertwined with hate and approach/avoidance conflicts drive the story forward into a perilous end game.
My one-star detraction is for personal preference. The dialogue seemed a little stilted at times to me, and I would have preferred the author stick to the straight arrow of time in this story, rather than backtracking for a few scenes. But I recommend this novel as an enjoyable read loaded with suspense.

Great read to keep readers on their toes as the suspense builds

The author did a wonderful job in writing this suspense filled thriller. Sonia Wyland has had a hard life, she lost both her parents and now is a bit lost in her life. When she decides to start a new life and redo who she his , Sonia goes to a second hand store and buy used clothes it is uncharacteristic for her. But when she is given a box of books to go with the clothes what she finds sends Sonia on a grand adventure that involves, love ,mystery and murder. I love the psychological suspense in this novel and the author did an amazing job with the feel of this sordid and intriguing tale.
